ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM DEADLINES

Abstract Submission (click here for Abstract Submission Guidelines)

Early Submission > May 19th

Abstracts received by the May 19th deadline are published in the July issue of The Journal of General Physiology.
In addition, young scientists who have exhibited excellence in their field of study may be asked to make brief award presentations.

Regular Submission > August 1st

Abstracts received after May 19 will not be eligible for the Poster Competition. They will, however, be assigned to the regular poster session.

Symposium Award Application > May 19th

Applies only to young investigators, postdocs, and students; award winners will be notified by July 1.

Poster Competition Application > May 19th

Abstract Required. You must be an SGP member if you wish to enter the Poster Competition. Click here to become a member.

Students and postdocs are encouraged to enter the Poster Competition, which awards $500 prizes to the best posters. If you are interested in applying to compete in the poster competition, please complete an application by May 19.
